Sajjad H. Shah, MD, FCCP

Dr. Sajjad Shah received his undergraduate degree from The University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. His Medical Degree is from St. George's University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He completed his Pulmonary Medicine/Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center. Dr. Shah is board certified by The American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine.

Dr. Shah is an active member of the Medical Staff at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center and The St. Joseph’s Medical Center, and a Consultant at The HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, Reading, PA.

Dr. Shah is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. He is also a member of The Pennsylvania Medical Society, The Berks County Medical Society and The American Medical Association.
