Mark J. Titi, MD

Mark Titi, MD, of Berks Schuylkill Respiratory Specialists

Dr. Mark Titi grew up in the Washington D.C. suburbs and received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry at the University of Maryland in Baltimore County. He was inducted into the Omicron Delta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Societies and received the Distinguished Scholarship in Chemistry award at graduation. Before starting medical school he spent 2 years at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology in basic science research.

Dr. Titi attended the University of Maryland Medical School in Baltimore. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the York Hospital and then went on to complete his fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology within the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. During his residency and fellowship he pursued extra training in pediatrics and pediatric allergy. He is certified and has been recertified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and is a member of the American Academy and American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Prior to joining the Berkshire Allergy and Asthma Center in May of 2017, Dr. Titi exclusively practiced the subspecialty of allergy in Lancaster County treating adult and pediatric patients. He has over 20 years of experience treating adults and children with a multitude of allergy related issues.

On a personal note he is married and has 2 well behaved children and 3 misbehaving dogs. He enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, golf and a little comedy now and then. He received allergy treatment himself after his older brother was successfully treated. This experience and the challenge involved in treating allergic patients is what sparked his interest in the field.

He has greatly enjoyed treating the diversity of patients with allergy related problems over the past 2 decades and looks forward to sharing his art with individuals and families in this region.
