Rocco Santarelli, DO, FCCP
Dr. Rocco Santarelli received his undergraduate degree from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. His medical degree is from the New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Abington Memorial Hospital, serving as Assistant Chief Medical Resident. He completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center. He was Assistant Professor of Medicine at UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School for six years and Medical Director of Pulmonary Diagnostic Procedures. He was subsequently Director of Pulmonary Services at HealthSouth Nittany Valley Rehabilitation Hospital in State College, PA. Dr. Santarelli is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, pulmonary, and critical care medicine.
Dr. Santarelli is an active member of the medical staff at St. Joseph Medical Center and The Reading Hospital and Medical Center, as well as, the HealthSouth Reading Rehabilitation Hospital in Reading, PA. Dr. Santarelli is a member of the American Thoracic Society and the Society of Critical Care Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. Dr. Santarelli is also a member of the Berks Medical Society and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
